At Velvet by Graham & Spencer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print a prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box before affixing the return shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your return and refund.
